What are the CFMOTO warranty conditions?
CFMOTO vehicles are covered by warranty against manufacturing defects for a period of two years from the date of delivery, unlimited mileage. The warranty is valid throughout Italy, including the Republic of S.Marino, and is applied only after an examination by a CFMOTO licensed technician. To offer the warranty, as established by the Directive 1999/44/EC of the European Parliament, is the CFMOTO dealer who stamps and signs the warranty card. This warranty does not affect the owner’s rights under the above-mentioned Directive.

What does Official CFMOTO Dealer mean?
The CFMOTO Official Reseller is a facility that CFMOTO officially authorizes to sell and service its products. The Official Reseller is authorized to have the direct relationship with CFMOTO from which it receives technical communications. This relationship is regulated by an official contract that establishes the main operational criteria. The Official Dealer is responsible for any work carried out by its workshop or performed by its authorized workshops.
