After a vehicle is registered, the original Certificate of Conformity is retained by the Italian DMV. It is possible to provide a copy for a fee, subject to the necessary receipt of certain documents. The request for a copy of the Certificate of Conformity is to be sent via the contact form on the dedicated page (cfmotoitaly.it/contacts) giving the references of your vehicle (model, full chassis no.), your data and the name of the Dealer you are contacting. We will get back to you with details of the documents needed to activate the file.

No, the CFMOTO color code does not identify chromaticity. The coloring of painted parts is the result of several layers of paint of different colors. We suggest that you purchase the part already painted from an official CFMOTO dealer.
Posso modificare o depotenziare il mio veicolo e ottenere una nuova omologazione?
CFMOTO assumes no responsibility for any modifications made by the customer to their vehicle. Therefore, it will not be possible to obtain any clearance for personal modifications made to your vehicle. Consequently, it will not be possible to make a new homologation (as the DMV Offices require a clearance issued by the Manufacturer). Please also note that any modification or installation of non-original parts will void the warranty. Modifying the homologation characteristics of one’s vehicle will have serious legal, administrative and insurance consequences.

The battery naturally tends to discharge if it is not periodically charged. In addition, when it is completely discharged, chemical reactions occur within the battery that damage it beyond repair. Caution:
- If the vehicle is not used for more than 15 days, the battery should be disassembled, charged monthly and stored in a cool place. If the battery is left on the vehicle disconnect the negative electrode.
- If the vehicle is kept unused for long periods without taking proper precautions, the battery will be damaged. Such damage is not covered by warranty.

The Official Dealer is responsible for any work carried out by its workshop or performed by its authorized workshops.

Always refer to the tables in the Use and Maintenance in Italian. The table in the warranty booklet is purely indicative. For any further clarification, please refer to an Official CFMOTO Dealer or an Authorized CFMOTO Workshop.
Che cosa è la Manutenzione Periodica?
Periodic Maintenance consists of a series of actions, called PERIODIC CUTS, that keep the vehicle always in good order and functioning to ensure a safe and comfortable ride. With each periodic maintenance performed by the Authorized Dealer/Workshop, it is important that the appropriate spaces provided for servicing be filled in on the Use and Maintenance Record (always downloadable from our website) and to always demand a detailed Tax Receipt from the Authorized Dealer/Workshop.

As an attestation of compliance with the deadlines for scheduled maintenance, the workshop shall issue a fiscal receipt or invoice of the coupon performed detailing all the operations performed. This documentation should be kept with the warranty booklet and, if necessary, forwarded to subsequent owners of the vehicle, as its absence may result in the warranty being voided At each periodic maintenance performed by the Dealer/Authorized Repair Shop, it is important that the spaces provided for the coupon on the warranty booklet (also downloadable from our website) be filled in.

Scheduled maintenance work must always be carried out by properly trained technicians who have all the necessary equipment and are familiar with the standards and specifications defined by CFMOTO. GARANZIA
Quali sono le condizioni di garanzia CFMOTO?
CFMOTO vehicles are covered by warranty against manufacturing defects for a period of two years from the date of delivery, unlimited mileage. The warranty is valid throughout Italy, including the Republic of S.Marino, and is applied only after an examination by a CFMOTO licensed technician. To offer the warranty, as established by the Directive 2019/771/EC of the European Parliament, is the CFMOTO dealer who stamps and signs the warranty card. This warranty does not affect the owner’s rights under the above-mentioned Directive.
